# Rate limiting

> Request limits per client, rate-limit response headers, and the 429 response.

**Limits:**

* **Rate:** 100 requests per minute per `client_id`
* **Window:** Rolling 60-second window
* **Scope:** Applied per company credentials

**Rate Limit Headers:**

All responses include rate limiting information:

```

**Rate Limit Exceeded Response (429):**

The response also carries a `Retry-After` header with the number of seconds to wait.
